The Display indicator will move to position above clock symbol and will be flashing
Press +/- buttons to adjust time.
Select Operating Mode
Press button below RADIATOR Symbol until the indicator is next to the number 2
Press Button Below TAP symbol until the indicator is next to the number 2
This gives you heating and hot water ON twice a day and OFF twice a day.
Changing Program Times
There are two programmes which can be changed, one for the Central Heating and the other for Hot Water.
To Change Central Heating Press SET button until indicator is over the RADIATOR symbol. There will be flashing.
An Indicator will appear over the ON and a number 1 will appear above it on the display. This indicates the first On period in the day. To Change this simply press +/- buttons to your required time.
Then press the NEXT button. Indicator will move above the OFF symbol. This is the 1st OFF period in the day. Simply change by pressing the +/- buttons as before.
Pressing the NEXT button again will move indicator to the 2ND OFF period and again change using +/- buttons.
Then press the SET button until it is over the TAP symbol and repeat the process for your HOT WATER.
To return to normal RUN state press SET button until indicator on display is above the RUN symbol.
Your programmer is now SET
The Central Heating will now come on twice a day and go off twice a day.
Helpful Hints: Modern central heating and hot water systems are very reliable and should provide trouble free service for many years. However should you find that your system is not working we have a listed a number of helpful hints that may identify or cure the problem
No Heating of Hot Water: Firstly check that your central heating and hot water control programmer is switched on and programmed to provide heating and/or hot water at that particular time of day. Some controllers may be equipped with fault code systems, diagnosis of which will be included here.
For oil fired systems check that: There is oil in the tank.
The shut off valve is in the "open" or "on" position.
For gas fired systems check that: There is credit in the meter.
The shut off valve is in the "open" or "on" position.
For both types of fuel systems check:
The electric supply to the boiler is switched on
The room thermostat has not been turned off
The radiator valves are not turned off
The cylinder thermostat has not been turned down or off.
