At H&A we base our business around 3 key fundamentals design, install and maintain.

H&A take a practical approach to design, by developing an understanding of the needs of the ‘end user’.
The first step in the process is design. H&A survey each house for the individual needs of the owner. We will share our thoughts with the specifier and learn what their needs are also. We also consult with other involved parties, such as local utilities or councils. This process ensures our solutions are reliably consistent, have built in cost management, and most importantly, work for everyone involved.
Our professional in-house capabilities enable us to design for all home types and for individualised needs, such as the elderly or disabled. Furthermore, because we carry out all aspects of a job, we have the flexibility to adapt to a changing situation, or respond quickly to problems. We can also work to existing plans. Once the project has been clearly mapped out for all parties involved we then move on to the next stage.

As Henry Ford once said,
“Before everything else, getting ready is the secret to success.”
Experience over the past 10 years has taught us that preparation and communication are the keys to successful installation. Having developed excellent relationships with the major suppliers in our industry, together with strong negotiating skills, H&A are adept at selecting the right products for any project, no matter how specialised.
We are one of the first contractors in Northern Ireland to work under the EGAN scheme which promotes more direct partnership with merchants and manufacturers. Throughout every stage we consult closely with the end user, visiting them in their home beforehand to explain the process in detail and address questions and concerns.
In our experience, educating householders helps them get the most out of a new system, reducing costs and enhancing quality of life. When work is in progress, we take particular care so that there is minimal disruption and no mess whatsoever left behind. Once the job is complete, we return to ensure that the householder is happy and that the systems are properly installed and operating.

For added reassurance, H&A can continue to maintain the systems we install. This can include regular maintenance, as well as servicing and rapid response emergency repair. As the original installers, we know the systems best and that makes a difference. It also makes a difference to be focussed on quality from the outset. By choosing good products and insisting on the highest standards of workmanship, our systems perform more efficiently and reliably over the long term.
