Our team are continually kept up to speed with the latest technological advances and building techniques, through the ongoing training that they receive, so that H&A remain at the forefront of innovation in the heating and energy market. As one of the first companies in Northern Ireland to deliver renewables training to our own team, H&A are excellently placed to offer our specialist expertise and practical experience to educate others interested in this field.
We have made major investment in our training facilities and have developed a fully equipped training centre, complete with working oil boilers, natural gas boilers and solar panel operators. This centre allows H&A to offer the ideal combination of hands-on practical experience with small-group learning.
Certification
Many of the staff at H&A complete courses in various skills. Below is a list of just some of these courses.
We are currently undertaking a process of giving our General Operatives CSR On Site Training.
Our Health and Safety Officer has completed his British Institute of Fire Engineers Train The Trainer Course and Spillage Control Train The Trainer Course.
We have 16 Staff Members trained in Appointed Persons First Aid.
All of our engineers are CORGI and OFTEC (Oil Firing Technical Organisation) registered.
