Due to the continued expansion of H&A, we now require an experienced administrator for our busy Maintenance Office based in Mallusk. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of information between H&A Mechanical Services Ltd and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
·Monday – Friday
·9am – 5pm
·Flexibility to start at 8am on occasion as required.
·Life Assurance (T&C apply)

|Roles & Responsibilities:
· Dealing with all enquires for allocated area and providing cover for other areas when required.
· Collating correct information for passing onto Supervisors.
· Data input and retrieval on HMS System.
· Dealing with clients in a pleasant and efficient manner.
· Working closely with Supervisors in relation to work schedules etc.
· Covering busy switchboard.
·5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C and above including Maths & English
·Previous experience in an Office Based Customer Services position
·Experience of Microsoft Office in particular Excel documents
. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
·NVQ [or equivalent] in Customer Service
·Experience working with NI Housing Executive
·Experience in Tennant Liaison
·Excellent communication and organisation skills
·Ability to use own initiative
·Ability to work as part of a team
·Flexibility to work in other locations as required
