This person will be responsible for the coordination of jobs and information between H&A Mechanical Services Ltd and NIHE through various means of communication. The candidate will be working on the Heating Installations & Maintenance Contract based in our Draperstown office.
·Monday – Friday
·9.00am – 5.00pm
·Flexibility to start at 8am on occasion as required
·Life Assurance (terms apply)

|Roles & Responsibilities:
· Dealing with tenant/ NIHE enquires in a friendly and efficient manner
·Collating correct information for passing onto Supervisors & operatives
·Data input and retrieval
·Working closely with supervisors & operatives in relation to work schedules etc
·Any other duty as requested by management
·Flexibility to other office locations may be required.
· Candidates must have 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
· Previous experience in an office based Customer Services
· Excellent IT skills
·Experience in Property Management or Social Housing contracts is beneficial
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Organisational Skills
·Ability to use own initiative
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Flexibility to work in other locations as required
