New Apprentices 2022!
As a company H&A are continually striving to ensure that we retain a fully qualified and experienced workforce so we can continue to deliver a professional and proficient service to all our customers consistently.
A significant part of this plan is recognising the importance of investing in the training and development of young people starting out in the industry. As a result we recruit a number of apprentices each year with this year taking on 8 new recruits – our most ever at one time!
In total 4 plumbing apprentices and 4 electrical apprentices have been offered a placement which will provide them with the opportunity to work alongside fully qualified and experienced plumbers and electricians, who will support and guide them on site while they attend college for their learning.
We would like to welcome all our apprentices to the team!
