H&A Mechanical Services prides itself in its ongoing partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) in the delivery of its heating and all trades response maintenance contracts. This partnership was established in 1993 and is continuing to deliver a reliable and efficient level of service for the heating and all trades contracts. These contracts are delivered through a skilled workforce consisting of qualified engineers and multi-skilled operatives to ensure H&A has the provision to meet the needs of the NIHE and its customers.

Our contracts are supported through our in house call centres with qualified staff on hand to give advice, plan and schedule maintenance repairs and annual services. Our engineers and operatives travel with fully stocked vans and each response operative is assigned a mobile device for electronic job allocation enabling real time feedback from site to call centre. H&A endeavours to deliver a high level of service to all of its customers and strives to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standards and within the allocated timeframe.

As a NIHE tenant/customer you can request a booking to service your property’s heating system or request a maintenance repair booking using the links provided. Once we have received your booking request one of our dedicated call centre staff will be in contact with you to confirm your allocated booking slot.
