Role Overview:
This position involves providing administrative support to the Heating Maintenance Department whilst assisting the Company’s advertising and marketing campaigns, including managing the social media accounts. |

Reports to: Contracts Manager | Direct Reports: N/A |
Working Hours:
·Monday – Friday ·9am – 5pm ·Flexibility is required. |

Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:
·Entering 3rd year (placement) of a Marketing or a similar Business related degree in September 2022. ·Have excellent IT skills |
Desirable Criteria:
·Experience working in an administrative role ·Experience managing Social Media accounts for an organisation. |
Personal Characteristics:
·Ability to build and maintain relationships ·Excellent Communication Skills ·Excellent negotiation skills ·Ability to work under pressure ·Ability to work within specified timeframes ·Ability to use own initiative ·Ability to work as part of a team ·Strong attention to detail |
